Have you ever felt the need to tell your story but no-one was really listening?

To give wholistic health care is to listen, to see, to feel and to understand a person before moving forward with treatment.

Navigation through Naturopathy.

Researching a health condition along with treatment options can feel like getting dropped into the ocean. Having a qualified naturopath who has studied the human body and the things that can go wrong with it, along with what Dr’s do, and how to treat along-side them, can feel like being picked up off the reef and driven back to shore.

Yoga that fits your lifestyle.

Rosie started by going to Sanjit Das’s Hatha class (Darwin 2011) 2-3 times per week, and write down the sequence to practice it on the beach. Kitesurfing for whole hearted health.

The moment you excitedly step out into the wind, It shifts the way you think about the ‘wild weather’ days and your interaction with the elements.
As a child I was taught to ‘never turn my back on the ocean,’ as well as to fear what I couldn’t see under the surface. Although these lessons can be lifesaving, kitesurfing has taught me that I can feel safe and be in control of my body during a session, with learned techniques. Kitesurfing is a fun and achievable sport that teaches you how to ‘let go’ instead of holding on tight, to have control.
